UBI to set up public library at Ernakulam: CMD

Kozhikode, Sep 14 (UNI) The Union Bank of India (UBI) planned to set up a world class public library at Ernakulam, its Chairman and Managing Director M V Nair said today.

Talking to newspersons here, Mr Nair said a proposal to this effect had already been submitted to the State Government and the Greater Cochin Development Authority.

A Trust, constituted by the bank, had been entrusted with the library project, he added.
