Jammu, Sep 17 (UNI) Massive response to recruitment rallies of Army and para-military forces has irked the Hizbul Mujahdeen (HM) militant outfit as it had started threatening locals to refrain from joining security forces in the bordering Rajouri and Poonch districts, sources today said.

Security forces have recovered a large number of posters from the infiltrators crossing Line of Control (LoC) -- signed by Ali Hamza, 'district commander' of HM -- which were to be disbursed among the people in the twin districts, sources said.

In the posters, written in Persian script, the outfit has warned the youths against joining security forces, they added.

Hizb-ul-Mujaheedin which has the largest terrorist outfit in Jammu and Kashmir, asked also the locals, who have already been working for security forces, to quit or face consequences.

A huge rush was witnessed in the recent recruitment rallies of Army, para-military forces and police in the two districts.

This is however, not the first warning issued by militant outfit.

Several militant groups had earlier also issued such warnings, or even targeted the families of local security personnel in the terror-torn state.
