Hyderabad, Sep 17 (UNI) Andhra Bank today announced revision in interest rates for domestic term deposits of Rs one crore and above in the maturity bracket of 91 days to 179 days, while introducing a sub-bracket of 120 days to 179 days with effect from today.
Interest rates for deposits worth Rs one crore to Rs five crore, and Rs five crore and above under the maturity period of 91 days to 119 days would be eight per cent as compared to 6.25 per cent earlier. For maturity period of 120 to 179 days, the interest rate would be 8.5 per cent for deposits worth Rs one crore to Rs five crore, and Rs five crore and above.
Rate of interest would remain the same in other categories. The revised rates would be applicable till September 30, 2007, a release here said.
