Textile park to come up at Chhindwara: Kamal Nath
Chhindwara, MP, Sep 15: Union Commerce and Industries Minister Kamal Nath today announced that a textile park would be established here at a cost of Rs 100 crore.
Mr Nath was addressing a public meeting at Pandhurna village on the last day of his three-day visit to his parliamentary constituency.
He said the Industries department would provide Rs 70 crore for setting up this textile park.
A textile training centre would be started in the next one-and-half months for imparting training to youths in Pandhurna.
Earlier, Mr Nath performed 'bhumi poojan' for Chicholi-Sawargaon inter-state road construction work.
