Women's Commission member asked to quit
Hyderabad, Sep 14 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy today asked State Women's Commission member Renuka Reddy alleged involved in corruption charge to resing.
In a release here tonight, Dr Reddy said Commission members, who were constitutionally bound to help women, indulging in corrupt practices could not be tolerated.
Earlier, Commission Chairperson Mary Ravindranath and member Padmaja Reddy had to quit following a brawl in public, the release added.
