Lucknow, Sep 14 (UNI) Former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mulayam Singh Yadav today alleged that the present BSP government was involved in several corrupt practics and was making Rs 3 crore per hour through kickbacks.
''The BSP government is only engaged in collecting funds through illegal means in the name of launching different development projects,'' he said.
Addressing a press conference here, Mr Yadav alleged that during counting of votes in the assembly elections, the BSP leadership had collected more than Rs 80 crore through different sources.
''At present the only agenda of the government is to collect funds through illegal means and to our estimate they are adding Rs 3 crore per hour to its coffers'', he added.
The Samajwadi Party supremo was critical about the lodging of fake cases against the party leaders and workers and claimed that more than 9000 cases were registered against them in the last four months.
Narrating a long list of harrassment meted out against party leaders and workers, he said the BSP government even did not spare Akhilesh Yadav by lodging fake rape charges against him.
