K'taka Governor, Chief Minister greet people on Ganesha Chaturthi
Bangalore, Sep 13 (UNI) Karnataka governor Rameshwar Thakur and Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy today greeted people on the eve of Ganesh Chaturthi.
In his message, Mr Thakur said, "on the occasion of Gowri-Ganesha festivals, I heartily extend my warm greetings to the people of Karnataka." Mr Kumaraswamy wished that let the virtues of Gowri and Ganesha bring prosperity to the people.
The other dignitaries who greeted people on the occasion included Deputy Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa, Opposition Leader Dharam Singh, KPCC President Mallikarjuna Kharge.
