H P to participat in National Tourism Fair at Ahmedabad

Shimla, Sep 13 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh is one of the seveteen states of the country to participate in the National Tourism Fair being held at Ahmedabad from September 14-16. A spokesman of tourism Department said today.

Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation would set up an information centre and a stall at the fair to provide information to the visitors about its potential in tourism sector,he said.

He said apart from distribution and sale of publicity literature, documentary films produced by Information and Public Relations, the State Tourism Departments would secreen documentaries on its art, culture and development during the three-day tourism festival.

The fair would provide an opportunity to the prospective Gujarat tourists to plan their package tours to Himachal Pradesh he added.
