Hyderabad, Sept 13 (UNI) Andhra Pradesh Minister for Housing, B Satyanarayana today claimed that there was tremendous response from the public to 'Intinta Indiramma' scheme for extending welfare schemes.
Reviewing the performance of the scheme with State Agariculture Minsiter N Raghuveera Reddy, Minister for Commercial Taxes, K Ramakrishna, R and B Minister T Jeevan Reddy here he said "Intinta indiramma" programme list of ten lakh beneficiaries were computerised so far.
Following good response from vilages, the government had extended it by three days to facilitate the officials to visit the villages to findout the eligible persons.
He said officials were instructed to follow the guidelines strictly while selecting the eligible persons to provide houses for them.
He asked the officials to make necessasry arrangements to conduct the 'Indiramma Sambaralu' programme commencing from September 20 at all the mandal head quarters and make sure that the beneficiaries should receive their title deeds during the programme selected under the Indiramma scheme.
