MCHI to hold real estate property show 2007

Mumbai, Sep 12 (UNI) The Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI) will hold its eleventh 'Real Estate and Housing Finance Exhibition 2007' at MMRDA Grounds in Bandra Kurla Complex from October 25-28.

The exhibition, which is the only official and largest property exhibition, will showcase properties from Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Pune and other states across the country, with international properties from Dubai, Malaysia and various other foreign countries.

Visitors and customers attending the show can browse through various types of properties such as apartments, duplex, terrace flats, row houses, bungalows, pent houses and more under one roof.

The exhibition will have developers offering discounts on spot bookings and HFI's sanctioning spot loans with the least of formalities and paper work required.

In addition, a 'Real Estate Job Fair' will also be held to offer job opportunities to aspiring professionals in the estate industry.
