Maxis denies report of Indian Aircel exit
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 12 (Reuters) Biggest Malaysian cellular phone firm Maxis Communications Bhd denied on Wednesday a Times of India newspaper report that it planned to exit its Indian Aircel unit.
''This report is speculative, having no basis whatsoever,'' a Maxis spokesperson said in a statement sent by email.
