K'taka Assy Winter session to be held in Belgaum
Bangalore, Aug 27 (UNI) The winter session of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly will be held in Belgaum in November, Assembly Speaker Krishna said.
This would be the second session to be held in Belgaum, he told reporters here today.
''The date, period and the premises to conduct the session is yet to be fixed'', the Speaker said, adding, ''the government favoured holding of the winter session regularly for four weeks once the Suvarna Vidhana Soudha was built in Belgaum.'' A special session of the Legislature would be held sometime in September in the city, he added.
