Dr Haneef in Thailand; in transit to India
Bangkok, July 29: Dr Mohammed Haneef, the Indian doctor enroute to Banglore arrived here today after Australian authorities cleared him of terrorism charges linked to last month's failed Glasgow Airport attack.
Dr Haneef was scheduled to spend some time at Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi international airport before boarding a connecting flight to India later in the day.
He spoke briefly to reporters awaiting his arrival at the airport,giving a thumbs up sign after his judicial win and saying he was fine.
