Two bodies of three Engineering students drowned recovered

Mangalore, July 22 (UNI) Two bodies of the three students of an Engineering College in Selam in Tamil Nadu who had drowned in the sea while swimming at Panambur Beach on Friday last have been recovered on the sea shore in Suratkal limit today.

According to police, efforts are on to trace the remaining one body. In all 48 students along with their Professors had come on an excursion on Friday at Panambur Beach where three students have drowned due to heavy current.

The bodies have been identified as Sadashivam and Satish Kumar aged between 20 and 25. The other student drowned was Suresh Kumar, the police added.
