First suspect to be charged in UK attacks
London, July 7: British prosecutors said they have advised police to charge a first suspect in connection with failed car bomb attacks in London and Glasgow.
Bilal Abdullah is to appear in a London court today to be charged with conspiracy to cause explosions.
Other suspects remain in custody pending a charging decision, the Crown Prosecution Service said in a statement.
