Zinnov announces awards for HR Industry

Bangalore, May 22 (UNI) Human resources consulting solutions firm Zinnov Research and Consulting today announced its 'Recruitment Excellence Awards' instituted for the first time to recognise the contribution made by recruitment companies for the growth of IT industry in the country.

Speaking to newspersons Zinnov CEO Pari Natarajan said over 20,000 companies and firms were engaged in providing human resources to the IT industry.

He said Zinnov's Recruitment Excellence Awards would be presented in six categories including 'Best Emerging Company', 'Best Customer Delight', and Excellence awards for the 'best process Excellence of the year'.

The companies that bagged best excellence awards for 2007 were TechUnited (Best Emerging Company), Mind Select (Best Customer Delight), Alp Management (Process Excellence), Future Focus (Strategic IT Talent Consulting), Alp (Technology Leadership) and Future Focus (Strategic IT Talent Consulting).

Among 125, 27 companies had been shortlisted and six companies chosen for the awards by the panel of selection.
