Private aircraft rams airport boundary wall
Indore, May 7 (UNI) A private aircraft drove into the boundary wall of the Devi Ahilyabai airport after crossing the runway here while it was landing this evening.
However, no casualty was reported during the incident.
Airport sources said one wing of the Essar Aviation's aircraft Ulfa Vitar and its front tyre rammed into the boundary wall while it was landing at 1800 hrs.
Airport director R K Singh said the matter was being investigated. The aircraft had arrived here on a private trip. The number of passengers was yet to be ascertained.
