Itanagar, Apr 18 (UNI) Arunachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Setong Sena today declared that expelled Nationalist Congress Party(NCP) MLA Nikh Kamin will be treated as an 'unattached member' with immediate effect.

Mr Kamin, who was elected from Yachuli constituency on an NCP ticket, was expelled from the party on April 15, by state NCP president Aath Kabak Tacho for three years for 'violating' party discipline and 'deserting' the party to join the Congress.

The Arunchal Pradesh assembly has 60 members.
