Mumbai, Jan 1 (UNI) Rahul Rajh, a 19-year-old, stood first among the 26 scorers who cleared the IV BCCI Examination for Statisticians and Scorers held in September at Indore and Bangalore.

A release issued here today stated that 81 aspiring scorers appeared for the examination from all over India and a couple from Bangladesh, of whom 26 were declared to have passed the examination.

There were no scorers who appeared from Mumbai, Pune and Baroda, as there are excess scorers in these places.

Rahul Rajh would receive the Anandji Dossa Scholarship for standing first. Another scorer, Jatin Sood from Delhi who also cleared the exam, is just a month older to Rahul.

All eight scorers who appeared from Bangalore, have cleared the examinations. Since 1997, all those who had appeared from KSCA for the BCCI exams, have passed.

The scorers, who have passed the BCCI examination, join the 106 existing BCCI qualified scorers to take the strength to 132 on the all-India panel, the release added.
