German school delegation in India
New Delhi, Nov 12 (UNI) A German school delegation, including ten students, is visiting India on an 11-day trip as part of an inter-cultural exchange programme.
The visit would help Germans have a feel of India and gain intercultural competance through integration into the host country's myriads, while exploring international dimensions of acedemics.
It will also allow delegates a first-hand look into India's culture and help strengthen bonds across borders, said a release of Delhi Public School -- hosts of the delegation.
Such exchange programmes, being made under the Indo-German School Project between 'Theodore Heuss Realschule, Kornwesthelm' and 'Delhi Public School, R K Puram' yields rewards of looking at the world through new eyes, it added.
