Famous novel writer passes away

Hyderabad, Nov 11 (UNI) Eminent story and Novel Writer Kappagantula Mallikarjuna Rao today passed away after a prolonged illness at his residence here.

He was 70.

Mr Rao, who worked as a lecturer in Rajamundry Government College. He had wrote more than 300 stories and essays, were published in the news papers.

He received the best 'Teacher award' from the state government in 1992. He was well-known to the state people as a 'Dronacharya'.
