Ranchi, Sep 13 (UNI) Jharkhand Speaker Inder Singh Namdhari will deliver his verdict on the three Legislators - Anos Ekka, Kamlesh Singh and Stephen Marandi--before the beginning of the assembly session tomorrow, which will take up the motion of confidence in the Arjun Munda government.

Mr Namdhari after completing the much-hyped hearing today on the three Legislators, served with defection notices, told UNI that he would give his verdict tomorrow before the session begins at 1100 hrs.

The trio, now in the UPA camp, were asked to explain to the Speaker why their membership in the House should not be quashed.

During the hearing, the advocate of Mr Ekka and Mr Singh urged the Speaker to give his ruling by today only.

Earlier, reports from New Delhi said Railway Minister Lalu Prasad (RJD) paraded the 37 MLAs at a press conference there, claiming that the remaining six Legislators would turn up in the Assembly.

Leader of Opposition Sudhir Mahto told UNI here that all the 37 MLAs today flew back to the state capital and said the remaining six- Mr Salkhan Soren, Sukhrao Orao, Sushila Hasda (all three from JMM), Bandhu Tirkey (UGDP), Vinod Singh (CPI-ML) and Bhanu Pratap Sahi (expelled member of Forward Bloc) were with them.

Former Deputy Chief Minister Stephen Marandi (Ind), also served with the defection notice, today claimed that all the UPA members were united and would vote against the 18-month-old NDA government.

At parallel level, respective party managers, who rushed in here, had been assigned the daunting task of keeping their members together till the show gets over.

Mr Munda's government was reduced to a minority on September five when four Ministers - Mr Kamlesh Singh (NCP), Mr Harinarain Rai, Mr Madhu Koda and Mr Anos Ekka (All Independents)--resigned from the BJP-led NDA government.
