CET issue: Opposition leaders meet on May 10
Bangalore, May 8: A meeting of Leaders of Opposition of both the Legislative Houses in Karnataka has been convened on May ten to solve the Common Entrance Test (CET) tangle, Higher Education Minister D H Shankaramurthy disclosed today.
Talking to reporters here, he said the Government was ready to promulgate an ordinance if consensus prevailed at the meeting on various issues relating to CET. There was no change in the fee structure for this academic year, he added.
The draft rules of CET Bill were ready, the Minister said.
